Certain services are non-refundable once initiated or completed. These include but are not limited to:
- Custom digital marketing strategies that have already been developed and implemented.
- SEO, PPC, or social media campaigns that are already underway.
- Web design or content creation services where substantial work has been completed.
3. Refund Request Process

4. Refund Approval

5. Modification of Services

6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a project before it begins, you must notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. A full refund may be provided in such cases. Cancellations made after the project has started may be subject to partial refunds based on the work completed.
